Meet your trainer

Liz here! I'm your trainer and the creator of the 8 Week Change Your Life Challenge!

In 2013, I competed in my first bodybuilding competition in the bikini division. During my time as a competitor, I became a nationally qualified athlete, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and sponsored athlete with reputable supplement + apparel brands.

The most important experience I went through was training with various styles of coaches and workout methods. I learned what worked and what didn't. I learned what true "healthy" eating is and what it isn't

I went through struggles with learning how to develop my body into a strong + healthy vessel—including unhealthy eating patterns, excessive exercises, and structural injuries that eventually lead to mental and physical therapy. So, my friend, I know what it's like. I've been there, too.

Almost 5 years later, I've discovered the secret to wellness with a side of happiness. Fitness is meant to be enjoyed + exciting. I created the 8 Week Change Your Life Challenge to share with you the exact steps to introduce you to an active lifestyle—the healthy way. This guide is evergreen—meaning you can use it whenever, forever. Do I have to have access to a gym?
Girl, no. Look. Gym memberships aren't cheap, okay? And I get that. There are gym and at home workout options. There are a few tools I recommend for at home challengers—a lightweight pair of dumbbells, is one of them!

What if I don't know how to do the exercises?
If you're new to working out and weight training, you may find some unfamiliar names in the workouts! But don't worry—I filmed a video of how to perform every single exercise that is in this guide, and YOU get access to the private video resource library. 

What happens if I miss a day or a few days?
Of course I preach consistency is key. You can't see or feel results without continuous effort. Want that perky booty? You gotta work that booty, girl! However, I also am fully aware life happens. If you have to miss a day, even a couple days, that's OK. Just pick up right where you left off and keep it movin'

I hate dieting and restricting foods from myself. Is this a crash diet?
I don't believe in 21 day fixes or crash diets, etc. I believe in a lifestyle change that develops healthy habits. This guide educates you on how to put together nutritious foods that can be turned into delicious meals! No restriction necessary, but whole foods are required. #balance.

What if I need help or have a question?
All girls a part of my tribe can contact me personally if you have a burning question or feel lost. Also, we have a private Facebook group with girls that will LOVE to support you! We're together in this journey.
