From Skinny 2 Strong is my happy place—this is where I get to share my life, what inspires me, my favorite things, thoughts + messages of encouragement.
I used to compete in fitness competitions, and it was during this time where I went through some incredible experiences—both good and bad. I learned so much about how a fitness lifestyle should and should not be. 4+ years later, I’ve found that happy balance.
My From Skinny 2 Strong mission is to use my personal experiences + education to help my community feel empowered, confident, and not afraid to go after their dreams—whether it be changing your lifestyle, beginning a new fitness regiment, starting a blog or business, learning how to meal plan, making big life changes, etc… All of us have the power to do it.
I want you to come to From Skinny 2 Strong and leave feeling loved, empowered, excited, and like a soul on fire.
I want you to feel like you can go after your goals + passions, make them become real life, and conquer your world. I want your veins to feel the biggest rush of life.
