TBH this is going to be a quick-hitting, straight to the point post. Because we need to get to the bottom of this real quick (we’re aging every second).
I love a good smoothie. Like—the cold, thick, icey, refreshing goodness that could almost be ice cream type of smoothie.
Recently, I’ve been getting more into the smoothie game—experimenting with different fruits, textures, ingredients, etc.
But I always come back to the classic smoothie pictured above! I can’t get enough of strawberries and blueberries, so those are the main fruits in this mix. What’s even better is all the ingredients promote antiaging—YES.
Here’s the recipe for My Go-To Age Defying Smoothie:
- Frozen Strawberries
- Frozen Blueberries
- Frozen Broccoli chunks
- Chia Seeds (little scoop)
- Fresh Strawberries
- Fresh Grapes
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen
That’s right—I said age defying.
The berries are packed with antioxidants that power your body with the nutrition it needs.
