New Year Goals + Free Meal Planning Guide!

Can you believe it’s already February! I’m in awe of how fast time goes by. How have you been sticking to your New Year resolutions and goals? I wanted to spend today and check in on you + also give you access to a free fitness resource library I created to help you tackle your goals + keep you going strong! So, what are some of your 2017 resolutions? Here are some of my 2017 goals:

  • I plan on going to Cyc Fitness 2-3x a week while continuing weight training
  • Meal planning + eating healthier (more veggies!)
  • Bringing more exciting content to you guys here on the blog
  • Launching the #ChangeYourLifeChallenge 2.0 aka #CYLC soon
  • Keeping my house organized (I cleaned out all my drawers on Jan 1 and am donating so many clothes!)
  • Cook more and go out to eat less
  • Confront my anxiety head on and be proactive

This year I want to focus on becoming better me–a healthier, more active, and happier me! No excuses.

I recently starting taking spin classes at Cyc Fitness, and one thing I love about them are the motivational sayings the Cycologists say during the classes, like:

You are strong. You are capable. You are powerful!

Are you giving this your 100%? What are you here for? You’re only cheating yourself if you don’t give it your all.

A little sweat never hurt anybody. Keep pushing.

If you don’t give your 100%, don’t expect to become anything but average.

I repeat these to myself ALL. THE. TIME. Even outside of fitness, if you’re not giving what you’re working on your 100%, why waste your time? What do you expect to achieve if you’re only doing a half-job? Do you expect to get stronger if you’re not working through those burning reps and sets? Do you expect to lose that extra weight if you say “oh, I’ll just have one more [insert junk food here]” all the time? Do you expect to grow your business if you keep putting things that need to get done off until the next day?

NO.

This is OUR year to be GREAT! What are your goals? What will it take to achieve them? Think baby steps, then conquer. I’d love to hear what your 2017 goals are!
